Service was great location was perfect and the friendliest staff I’ve ever dealt with . I Would recommend a stay at Shirley’s Retreat any day of the week. Have fun, relax and enjoy the city life all in one.

The property is situated in a very good location for business around Kingston. However, during the time of my visit, the lot beside this property was in construction of a tall building. So, during daytime, it was loud and noisy, but, ultimately, it was a pleasantly comfortable overnight stay. Staff was nice too especially the security - very nice people.

This is my second time staying here. This is my place that I come and spend a night before heading to my final destination in Jamaica. The staff is great and friendly. I recommend this place.

Good hotel option. There wasn’t much to do outside of sleeping. We had kids so they were bored.
I loved that they had 24 hr security who manned the gate.

It's like staying in someone's guest room. It's basic but comfortable for a night's stay. Don't miss the breakfast in the morning! Miss Mauva's cooking is top-class.

The room did not have no one single hanger inside the Wardrobe, also not ever a kettle with a tea cup to make a tea. Very disappointing

Limited toiletries. No shampoo and conditioner. Only soap is available. I suggest they message the customers to bring their own toiletries as they don’t provide them. Overall, it’s safe, quiet and the staffs are nice.
