After a horrible start of the weekend at the best western plus in Kingston NY we left there after one night. We found Residence Inn in Kingston NY as we walked in we were greeted with a very professional staff, they had a smile on there faces the whole time and very helpful. The two staff members that waited on us were Robert and Tarik, they both were the best staff members I have ever felt with in all the hotels I have stayed at. I would recommend Residence Inn in Kingston NY for any of your stays. I will definitely return to this hotel even if I had to drive to my event for a little while it is worth the excellent service!!! This is the first time I have done a review before and this is worth my time. Thank you so much Robert and Tarik!!!!!!!!!

Well maintained building with nice large lobby and comfortable rooms. Very good complimentary breakfast with multiple choices of food and beverage There is ample free parking on the grounds and so there is no garage or valet to deal with.
