I have stayed at many of the Courtyards in the Hudson River Valley and although I enjoyed my stay at the Courtyard Kingston, I have to admit that the hotel was a bit dated. The rooms and the whole hotel was very clean and the service was wonderful. Their Front Desk could not have been nicer and more welcoming to me, but the hotel is now in need of a renovation to keep up with the other Courtyards. I did get an excellent night's sleep in the room as the bed was so soft and firm and the hotel was really quiet. The location is excellent. It is right off the highway and located within a Mall complex. You could not ask for a better location to get in and out. Outside the appearance that needs to be worked on by management and corporate, the hotel stay was pleasant and comfortable. There is NO free breakfast here if that is what you are interested in.

After a horrible start of the weekend at the best western plus in Kingston NY we left there after one night. We found Residence Inn in Kingston NY as we walked in we were greeted with a very professional staff, they had a smile on there faces the whole time and very helpful. The two staff members that waited on us were Robert and Tarik, they both were the best staff members I have ever felt with in all the hotels I have stayed at. I would recommend Residence Inn in Kingston NY for any of your stays. I will definitely return to this hotel even if I had to drive to my event for a little while it is worth the excellent service!!! This is the first time I have done a review before and this is worth my time. Thank you so much Robert and Tarik!!!!!!!!!
