Our stay at the Secret Garden was fantastic. It’s a gorgeous, historic hotel with beautiful, clean rooms, and the service was incredible. They were organized, provided a delicious breakfast at a requested time and really put a lot of care into everything. I will definitely be coming back!

We were at the Secret Garden Inn for friends getaway. The atmosphere is great and the room and bathroom are sparkling. The service was great and the food on the next day was excellent. We had great time and will definitely visit herr again soon.

The lounge areas at the inn are beautifully decorated with period pieces as is the bedroom (Coverdale). The room includes a comfortable queen size bed with a gas corner fireplace, en-suite bathroom, tv, small refrigerator, and Keurig coffee maker. Two choices are offered daily for breakfast, savory or sweet; both delicious. Service was friendly and very accommodating. The inn is in an ideal location, within walking distance to the town center and waterfront.

My wife and I stayed one night at The Secret Garden Inn and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The 2nd-floor corner room had three large windows looking out at the garden and neighbouring homes and a lovely old church. The gas fireplace was a nice touch and much appreciated after an unusually-cold day of wandering the nearby downtown shopping district. Rachel prepared an absolutely delicious breakfast for us the day of our departure - freshly-baked scone with homemade jam, cheese-filled crepes, and roasted mini potatoes in a light basil drizzle - simply yummy! We look very much forward to future visits to The Secret Garden Inn.

Love staying here! My room was beautifully decorated and the corner the fireplace was to die for. Breakfast is always tasty and well presented. French pressed coffee you can't beat. Natasha is fun and super welcoming! Thanks again and I'll be back!!!!

Booked the excellent value Stay and Dine Package for 2 nights! SUPERB cuisine for breakfast, high tea & 5-course fondue dinner, with Austin the Cook! EXCELLENT service from Hannah and Andrea, and Hannah was professional, prompt & encouraging in hall her communications with us via email and in person! Martello Suite was luxurious, with its bay windows flanked by cozy armchairs, fireplace and lovely antiques. HIGHLY recommend this oasis of calm, good food & comfort!

I cannot say enough about this place & how easy my booking went. In speaking with the owner directly made my experience even better. Their romantic package is perfect. I would recommend it 100% to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay.

This is a gorgeous place to stay. The whole inn is beautifully appointed and the rooms are elegant and cozy. Wonderful breakfast too...the scones are seriously to die for! Additionally, the inn is within walking distance to downtown and the university. Great for parents of Queen's students like me!

This was our second visit to the Secret Garden Inn and both stays were outstanding. The Inn is beautiful and the rooms are comfortable and full of charm. The breakfasts and fondue dinner were top-notch. It was the warm and hospitable service, however, that made both our stays so memorable. We will definitely be back. Thanks so much Natasha.
