I thought i booked for double tree but the booking was actually for a hotel next to it which was Home2suites. This was not expected but the room was still very spacious and clean. I don't recommend the breakfast and the location is not great. You need to take a bus into downtown and the bus doesn't come very often. There is literally nothing around the hotel.

all the facilities are outdated, staff are very friendly and helpful, rooms are not sound proof at all, overall worth the price

This is the first time arriving at a Doubletree as a Diamond Member that we felt being a member really didn't matter. We arrived after 1pm and the hotel was pretty much empty but we were told our room wasn't available come back later. When we came back there was only one person working the check in and a large crowd in line. We stood at the Hilton Honors desk and waited and waited for someone to check us in. Why exactly do you have this desk? We had to ask for our free waters and cookies. No big deal but we did feel like we were bothering the staff by asking We also had to ask if we would receive free breakfast vouchers. The room we finally received was just an ok nothing special room overlooking the front overhang of the entrance. I don't know why we had to wait an extra hour for that! Anyway the rest of the hotel was good felt new. The restaurant for breakfast was ok. If we didn't have the free vouchers we probably would not have used it the 2nd day Some pictures attached.

Easy check in with warm cookies upon arrival. Hotel lobby is beautiful. We stayed one night for NYE. The room was clean and tastefully decorated. Lots of lighting and the bathroom was clean and spacious. Hotel was quiet. We had a lovely stay and will be back!

Great stay. New hotel. Finally, a Hilton in the market. They have a restaurant Cannery great food. Breakfast at dinner . Bed was super comfortable. Internet speeds food. Skype for over an hour and clear crisp signal. Staff was friendly. Beautifully desighn

My spouse and I just checked out the new Cannery restaurant in the new Hilton Hotel. The decor is very nice, and the food was really good. The problem is the lack of staff, the two only servers were really busy being bartenders, hostess, servers and anything else they could manage. Our server was great, but the hotel needs to deal with the shortcomings they have created. Please do a better job to support the staff, less turnover, and happier customers.
