They have renovated the property, however, they are having to have dehumidifiers in the rooms.

The room itself was fine. However the condition of the bathroom was not what it should be. There was mold in the shower & the shower itself left much to be desired. The sink faucet was not stable.

One of the beds in our room had obviously not been changed because there were hairs on the bottom sheet.There were also hairs on the bathroom floor. The control buttons on the AC/ heat were broken and we could not determine what it was set on. There was a constant problem with room keys not working. I will not use Country Inns and Suites in the future!

Bedding was clean but the sink was filled with small ants and the step in shower had more molding than needed.
Satillite continously dropping reception. Why was a portable humindor running in my room?

The property was fine. The breakfast needs some major attention. There isn’t anything to eat except yogurt, bagel, juice & coffee.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. We called ahead and asked if the pool/hot tub worked as we essentially booked for that. Was told yes. Got there, the "heated" pool was FREEZING, and the hot tub was colder than the pool. Told front desk, Maint "came back to fix it" and the next morning the pool was so hot you couldn't swim and the hot tub was freezing cold. 2 other couples said the same about why they booked a room here. Very disappointing and we will now look elsewhere when we book in Kingsland.

Had to switch rooms 3x. 1st smelled like someone smoked in it for a long time and air cleaner turned on. 2nd room tv wasn’t working. Couldn’t get it to connect to server. Plus bathroom door wouldn’t shut. 3rd room scent but tub was old and stained and old mold all around tub seal.
Too tired to keep switching rooms. So instead of the king size bees we booked. We ended up w 2 queens which was fine.
The desk receptionist was very kind and very accommodating. Her name was Terry. . The breakfast was decent and coffee was really good
The breakfast attendant was very friendly and the food areas were very clean.

Not great! Stayed In the accessible room, bathroom desperately needs updates! Rusty shower, Kleenex box, under open sink. Had to re-key our room all 3 days we stayed. The breakfast was minimal at best.

I expected more cleanliness from a country Inn and suites. Broken tiles in the elevator., walls were dirty. The room doors were dirty and need repainting carpet looked dirty and dingy bathtub needs to be caulked.
