Perfect location! Home is conveniently located midway between Wrightsville Beach and downtown Wilmington with extremely easy access to both. Open floorplan with two bedrooms and two full baths with a third bedroom converted into an office space. Home has two dedicated parking spots and a private fenced in back yard. Enjoy a beverage in the screened in back patio before heading out for the evening. Amenities include three TV's, washer, dryer, coffee, pressure cooker, air fryer etc.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 12:00 PM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 2:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 18.About events:No events allowed.

Toddler Birthday Stay

Perfect Place & Host

Perfect little house easy to get everywhere
We have stayed here once before. It’s a great place. Located near everything. Kenny is very responsive. We will most likely book again. Love this house!

Relaxing
This was our favorite place on our trip. The owner was very welcoming and helpful. He sent information ahead of time and we were able to get right in. He had nice big fluffy towels. Nice water pressure. He was a great host!
