The service attitude of the front desk staff is very good and responsible, but the room we live in should be a pet-friendly room, the carpet is full of pet feed, the bed is also full of pet hair, when we first checked in, there was a dishwasher and tableware being washed , I had a reaction with the front desk staff on the night shift. She took pictures and changed the bed sheets immediately, but she didn't give the discount she said she would give。

everything is great at this hotel. Service was also good and breakfast was excellent..

It was are 1st time stay at the home 2 suites in Kingman,az I love the room the location was great it was near my old house staff was very nice breakfast was great and next time I will be bringing my fur baby didn't know that there pet friendly

The receptionist is very friendly, the room decoration is modern and nice, the toilet door is difficult to open and close, the TV cannot watch YouTube, the breakfast is okay, but unfortunately there are not many types

There is a kitchenette and coffee pods

We came to this hotel because it’s specifically said there was an indoor and outdoor pool. This is NOT an indoor pool so the kids had nothing to do as it was too cold to be outside. We went to use the gym and all the treadmills were not working which leaves you to 2 machines that were being used. The photos and write up about this hotel are nothing like the property it’s self. Super disappointed and will look for another place to stay tonight.

I was only in the room for a short time to sleep but it was a great stay, quick check in and out. Very satisfied and will come back again

Great Hotel, Locations, Friendly Staff The Breakfast was Really Good!

We just stayed one night at the hotel. It was a very good nights sleep. The hotel was very clean and everything was new.

LARGE impact from highway noise on north rooms. Continuous fan operation and earplugs can get you through.

The staff was very very friendly! However, one of the reasons I booked this hotel was because I stayed in it before and it was great and because there was a pool. The pool was too gross to swim in which was awful as it was one of the activities I had planned and looked forward to. Also, as soon as I came in the room it smelled like urine and there was a dead cockroach in the silverware drawer. I cannot recommend this hotel unfortunately.
