Absolutely disgusting. I had booked a queen motel unit for myself and young child, upon arrival I was given a ‘cabin’. When finding the correct cabin, I went in and promptly walked out. Disgusting and nothing like photos on ***********. The unit attached obviously had a chain smoker that had a chair in the carport with an over flowing ashtray. I went immediately back to reception, was told that due to *********** it didn’t matter of what I had booked I was given whatever. I don’t mind cheaper accommodation, however I would like to at least feel safe. I would not recommend at all with this experience, I have contacted *********** as I have used this service for many years and this is my first complaint. Still a complaint issue that the service is not responding to. DO NOT STAY HERE THE CABINS ARE DISGUSTING AND NOT WORTH ANYTHING OF THE PRICE.
