Nice trip

The location is good, very close to the pike market space needle and the aquarium. Many restaurants next to the aquarium and pike market. The scenery is great. A few nights at 10 o'clock, it is still safe. Typical American hotels do not have slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste and other disposable items, you need to buy them yourself. The parking lot is very convenient to the lobby. There is a charge for parking, and forgetting how much is very expensive. The parking garage is too small, and the rented mini van is tired. The hotel service is not very useful. I do n’t know. Anyway, no one cares about getting in and out. Because of jet lag, I didn't have breakfast in the morning. Tweak, the marked breakfast time is Monday to Friday from 6 to 9 o'clock. It's a bit awkward, if it's 10 o'clock. The weekend was postponed to 10 o'clock. Facilities are not new or old. The shower in the bathtub cannot be held by hand. It is inconvenient to bathe your baby. The balcony is small. Because it was cold in November, I didn't see the scenery on the balcony, and the marina was opposite. Don't expect too much. You can see the seaplane taking off and landing. Prices fluctuate greatly every day. I came back and researched. In the same week, the daily unit price can be 2-3 times worse. I lost because I was in a hurry. The location is perfect. The nearest subway station is University St., and many buses are within 500 meters walking distance. The Central Library is diagonally opposite. Go straight down Madison St to the seaside and you will find the Ferry Station. If you want to go to Pike Market and the aquarium, you can go on foot. Each person can get two bottles of bottled water at the front desk every day. Although the buffet breakfast is the same every day, it can still meet the needs of food and clothing. The service staff is quite diverse, and the overall cost performance is good.

The hotel is a century-old hotel, but it has been renovated. The layout is very reasonable and the comfort is very good. There is a coffee machine and a kettle. When the car arrived at the hotel, the porter came to carry the luggage immediately, gave a list, and asked me to hand it over to the front desk directly. After the formalities, the luggage was delivered to the room soon. Of course, tips are required. Four large boxes and golf bags, but I didn't do it myself. It is worthy of being a five-star hotel!

Hotel location is convenient, you can walk to the Space Needle Tower and the light rail station, the room hygiene is generally OK but can be improved, the car sound is noisy at night, overall it is a cost-effective choice 👍 recommended short-term stay

This was one of the best Hotel experiences my wife and I have ever had. It began with an amazing Valet named Earnest. He was the most congenial and friendly valet I have ever met. He was unable to park our 1 ton truck in the underground parking. I had a bunch of tools in the back for a IT installation job I was in town to complete. Earnest felt genuinely concerned for the wellbeing of our vehicle and my tools. He went out of his way to help me empty the vehicle, and checked all of the items (which was a lot) in the baggage area of the hotel. He then helped to find street parking which was in a safe area, and actually saved us $60 in parking fees. After all of this Earnest then made an amazing dinner suggestion and even provided us with coupons which saved us a great deal on our dinner. As I returned to the hotel each day during my stay Earnest greeted me by name, without reminder. That is a feat in my book as I often can't remember coworkers names whom I interact with daily, for years. My wife and child accompanied me on this business trip. They eventually became visibly stir crazy. The Desk clerk noticed and provided all sorts of coloring books, crafts, games etc for my 4 year old. This without us asking. I did not get her name unfortunately. After our trip we thought we had left some items behind. We called the hotel frantic because the items were irreplicable. The staff (each and every one we spoke to, one of whom named Cindy) were genuinely concerned and eager to help us locate the items. Calling us back to update us with their search regularly, and even offering to ship the items to us immediately once found. Beyond the absolutely impeccable staff the hotel itself is beautiful. If you love pre-war architecture and design it is an absolute gem. It is like a time capsule. Every room has a milk door, and the electrical is all retrofitted because the building clearly predates electricity. AS bonus they have a café, salon, skin care facility, and speakeasy on site. The speakeasy was closed during our stay, but the café was wonderful. We did not try the other services. I will likely stay here on each and every visit to Seattle. It's an absolutely perfect hotel!

Newer hotel, everything is expensive 😂, toothbrush and toothpaste have to bring your own, if you want the hotel to have a set of 20 dollars, parking fee 60 dollars a day, and finally you need to pay the city fee and tax, the room is very clean, the scenery is very good, we live in a sea view room, you can watch the sunrise and sunset on the bed, Walking can reach many attractions

Great hotel in a great location. Family of four enjoying a couple of nights away. Free parking Friday and Saturday. No complaints, would stay here again.

Breakfast is a la carte and can be eaten twice. The location of the hotel is convenient for travel. Pike Market, Space Needle, and Columbia Center are all within walking distance. The pier to the island is also nearby Free and delicious coffee, fruit, etc. are provided in the lobby in the morning and evening at different times every day

This hotel is a great one. The rooms are always clean, well stocked with linens, towels and best of all, they have kitchen utensils and dining ware that helps with cooking. The location is excellent with shopping very nearby, a 7-11, Starbucks and some restaurants within a 5 minute walk from your room. The staff are always nice and friendly and they have guest laundry available. There is a 7 dollar a night parking fee but that is helping to keep the parking lot safe and in all honesty, it could be a lot higher. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I will say this though, check third party booking sites before booking directly as you may be able to get a better deal.
