We are the owners next door but will not disturb you unless we are needed. Running children inside are not allowed. There is too much potential for damaging musical instruments and artwork and the vast expanse of glass windows is dangerous for a child if they fall. Additionally, we live below and despite the extensive soundproofing, impact noise from running feet permeates below. No parties, pets or smoking. Please do not use the grand piano and be extremely careful around the antique stained glass window.
