My girlfriend of a three-year international student in Seattle came to Seattle for the second time. I booked the Sheraton Dt. Because I live next to the hotel, I tried it. It’s not a tourist season. I also saw that there is no suitable Ctrip. Check-in speed is fast and there is no trouble registering. Stayed for three nights except for the location and the rest was perfect. The price is also very reasonable. It is quiet compared to downtown. It is next to the Boeing factory. The room can still see the planes that have not been assembled. The lake downstairs is very quiet and beautiful. I stay by the lake for a long time every time I am in a bad mood. The fly in the ointment is that the location is 15-20 minutes from the airport to the hotel. If you go to DT, it takes 15 minutes. Bellevue takes 15 minutes. It’s not cost-effective if you can rent a car. If you can rent a car, it’s a great location. Go to puyallup and stay at a homestay. If you don’t have anything to eat nearby, I suggest a Korean barbecue in Renton dt. It’s a 10-minute walk and it’s called Exit 5 Korean BBQ. Went as a solo traveler. The room was very clean & hipster chic. The food at the attached Ben Paris restaurant was great! Everyone who worked there was incredibly nice & very helpful. Walking distance to so many great Seattle attractions: ferries, the Seattle Art Museum, Pikes Market, Under the Streets tour as well The Can Can Can Culinary Cabaret. The only drawback is the parking - like most older big city hotels there is no attached parking structure. The paid parking structure ($10-$32/day) is about 1 city block down from the hotel and is a bit sketchy if you are coming/ going at really late/early hours. All in all I would really recommend this hotel! I really enjoyed my stay there!

Hotel overall is a great location and you are certainly paying for that. The lobby, waiting area, etc. are super nice. The rooms on the other hand while clean have dated/pull out couches that are not great. The bed was clean and comfortable enough but I wouldn't say any better than your standard travel lodge hotel. The closet shelf barely head the weight of the room safe on it and the safe door wouldn't stay closed so that was poorly placed. My biggest gripe is the bathroom for a 175+ dollars a night i'm expecting a spotless nicely kept up bathroom. The bathroom vent didn't work at all nor had any way of turning it on. The ceiling was very low and crappy office type paneling and had a fire sprinkler over the tub! The flooring, counter top and shower walls are marble which is nice but I don't think the staffing knows how to properly take care of marble because my room, and two of my other friends' bathrooms were all the same the marble had a yellow/green tinge to it like it needed a heavy duty steam clean or scrubbing. The shower head was also horrible and needed replacing too. Overall you're paying for location as you're walking distance to Pike market place and other down town stuff but for the price the hotel commands not sure its worth it. Not a horrible place by any means and it worked and was clean just expected more of the room accommodations.

The first W hotel I stayed in abroad, compared with the positioning of domestic W, Seattle W is more like a domestic modern four-star standard. The location of the hotel is still very good. It is just next to the famous public library. It is also within walking distance from the most famous Pike Place Market. The style of the hotel is also relatively young. It is an atmosphere full of youth and freedom that is admired by young people.
