I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The first thing that struck me was the warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment I stepped through the doors. The lobby was elegantly decorated, creating a sense of luxury without being overly ostentatious. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with the staff displaying a high level of professionalism and friendliness. They provided all the necessary information about the hotel amenities and services, making me feel well-informed and taken care of.

Faisal English can communicate barrier-free, people are very warm and friendly, the hotel is not far from Lion Rock and Pidurangala, on a lake, the balcony View is particularly good, you can see the sunset at night.

The room had a musty smell, the room was very humid, my husband didn't sleep well all night, the musty smell was too big, the air conditioner was particularly noisy, we turned off the air conditioner, otherwise we couldn't sleep, this resort is large, the environment is good, but there are mosquitoes, there is no electric mosquito coil in the room, so I dare not open the window for ventilation. We set a meal, breakfast is very simple, fruit, juice, egg cakes, bread, the amount is not large enough. The service staff is very kind and quiet. 很特別，也十分舒適的一晚住宿！！！ 房間被收拾的一塵不染，設施擺放的也恰到好處。 當得知我要外出尋找晚餐餐廳就餐時，伊蘇魯擔心晚上我的安全問題，主動提出開突突接送我，就餐結束前半小時，他就在餐廳等了。（他推薦的mom’s kitchen 是我在蘭卡十多天吃到的最好吃的本地餐廳！！價格也十分實惠） 伊蘇魯真的十分認真的在經營這家旅店，並且還有紳士的住客，阿蘭德先生在幫助他。
