Really love this hotel. The garden is beautiful and the reception is very nice! The breakfast is also quite good!

The hotel is 50 minutes bus away from the Glasgow. The hotel is located in a very dangerous area, where my suitcase has been stolen at the bus station in early morning. The host is very impatient, easy to lose his temper. Unwilling to help for my luggage. Do not explain the room to the guest. I fell like I am the person to pay for being treated badly. Very bad experience. Do not recommend at all.

Great communication before arrival. Warm welcome with clear instructions and tour on arrival. A short walk to a local Wetherspoons was a bonus! Very comfortable bed and the most delicious breakfast in the morning! A perfect stopover on our way to Arran.

I met by robbie on arrivel, he showed me around and the dos an donts, never seen him again. I then met fred, an absolout gentleman, ive stayed at some great B+Bs but never been looked after like this place. I was out early each day for work, so didnt have breakfast, but Fred always left little extras in the fridge which was a realy nice touch. he even done my washing before i left. I stayed in room 5 it was very warm and clean, nice comfy bed microwave and fridge in the room and a wall mounted tv. I had a private shower room, which was brilliant. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, and would recomend it to anyone wanting to stay in Kilmarnock, and if i come back ill be knocking on this door. I stayed over the Open Golf Championship, and exspected the prices to rise, but generally the rate are great. Thanks very much Fred and all the best for the future.

Dean Park Guest House is fantastic. If you're staying in Kilmarnock I would highly recommend it. I'd booked it for a one night stay as we were travelling through Scotland to Skye. Fred is a wonderful host and has thought of everything to make the accommodation comfortable and attractive. Our room was spacious, clean and bright with excellent ensuite facilities. Breakfast, cooked to order by Fred, was absolutely terrific. The location is excellent, being only a short walk into Kilmarnock. Unfortunately Kilmarnock itself is rather rundown and unattractive. There are few places to eat but we had a drink in the Wetherspoon pub, which does food too, and was fine and then had a very good curry at the Jewel in the Crown. We're unlikely to visit Kilmarnock again but if we did I'd definitely stay at Dean Park Guest House.

Dont know why forgot to review last December when I stayed. Had two nights here as going to Darvel town Hall for Skerryvore then the Sat for Proclaimers :) After a dreadful and cold stay at Premier Inn the year before I am so glad I booked this small b&b -short walk into town and train station. Parking at the rear so friends could comecand pick me up. Excellent hospitality from the minute I was welcomed in . Breakfast cooked to perfection. Room large but cosy, and had a great sleep . Will gladly stay again 😊Always good to see fresh milk in the mini fridge !

Warm welcome from Fred, without being intrusive. Fresh milk in fridge in bedroom for tea/coffee. I was in room 5 with my own light, spacious bathroom across the hallway . I appreciated plenty of accessible plug points for charging my devices. Good location for walking to park and shops.

Fred has been the most helpful and welcoming host. He and Robbie with Bo the dog live on site and yet it seems you are the only ones in the house. We stayed over Christmas for a family visit. When you need something however obscure, it appears like magic. The bedrooms are comfortable and complete. The towels thick and just rough enough to dry you properly. Breakfast is, well you name it, Fred provides. We shall definitely be back when we are visiting our family.

Large Nice clean room comfortable bed big bathroom with a good shower tea and coffee with fresh milk in your your own fridge the breakfast was one of the best iv had a large choice of continental with fruand yogurts and an excellent cooked breakfast, free parking and only a two minute walk to town and in a very safe area I will definitely recommend
