Pros: The environment is beautiful, the room is spacious, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living room. Parking is right outside the apartment. The air is fresh, like living in a forest. The service was also excellent, proactively suggesting they have a five-person room, saving us a room. When we entered, toys and snacks for the three children were neatly laid out on the coffee table. I've never seen this in all my years of traveling abroad.
The only downside is that the bedding is a bit worn. Also, it's a popular place, so it can be difficult to book. I tried to extend my stay a month in advance, but they were sold out.

The service in this hotel is very poor, starting with breakfast. We paid 25 Euros per person per day. The hotel has an à la carte buffet. We ordered two salmon meals, but after all the restaurant guests' meals were served, ours did not come. After we negotiated with the hotel waiter many times, two salmon meals were finally served, like begging for food. When we came back from outside at night, we found that the room was not cleaned. We had no clean towels, bath towels, or toilet paper. We called the front desk, but no one answered the phone. Fortunately, Ctrip customer service helped us and we finally got clean towels, bath towels and toilet paper.

Beautiful property. Clean rooms. Quite space. We stayed at the halfway point in n our trip and enjoyed the spa which was also beautiful. Definitely would stay again.

We enjoyed the apartments attached to the property. The room is spacious, kitchen well appointed, and clean. Parking was easy and rooms were quiet. We slept well every night. The only negative would be the lighting in the bathroom to shave or put make up on. The resort itself is in a great location just a couple minutes outside of town. The resort staff is wonderful. The spa team was great as well. Yew Tree restaurant breakfast was good but not as exceptional as our lunch in Monk's bar. We all enjoyed our lunch and returned for drinks multiple times to Monk's.

We enjoyed everything except the beds. The beds were not comfortable. Unfortunately, not a great sleep due to the hard beds.
