My visit was average. Front desk person (AA male evening shift) was very pleasant. My room was okay however my sister's room was unpleasantly odorous with an unexpected portable humidifier in the room. We enjoyed our breakfast in the hotel restaurant and the waitress was very nice. The wedding food was just okay. The hotel needs to definitely upgrade overall.

The property needs some updating. Our door to the balcony would not lock and whistled all night with the wind. The air return grate was loose and made a noise all night until my husband tightened it. Staff was very friendly.

Love everything about it until the storm came during the night. The wind whistled through the patio door for a couple hours and woke us up.

This property has easy access to check in& room. Room was very clean& the view from the balcony of the ocean was gorgeous!! Beds were comfortable with plenty of clean towels. Will return!

Would stay here again!
Our weekend stay was great! We loved the indoor pool for our kids, the staff was so friendly, we had everything we needed in the room. The only downfall was the bed was not comfortable at all.

The bathroom was not ADA compliant, but I did not ask. Just surprising. The glass door to the balcony would not latch. and mold in the bathtub grout.
No housekeeping was done in my room while I was there, 3 nights.
But with all that, I will consider returning, just with an ADA bathroom!

Amazing views but upgrades needed
Location 10/10 - 3rd floor King suite amazing beach views, hotel is very run down, carpets were wet and smelled of bleach when we arrived. In need of an update. Mattress REALLY uncomfortable, sofa even less so. Pillows all poor. Location and views make it worth it but goodness.

The three girls in this 2 night getaway visit enjoyed the king suite with the lovely oceanfront balcony for the second time this year. We plan midweek travel and are distant our next trip in Sep is not available except for 3 night minimum stays . Come on, be nice to your return customers!!!
