I stayed at the sister-run Villa Ogibanashi. We used Tokinoza for meals and baths. 部屋に入った時から浴衣セットが人数分ないなどトラブルの連続。別のありえない衛生面の問題もありその後はホテル滞在中は気になってゆっくり出来ませんでした。食事時間になっても食事処に入れず朝も夜も食事処の前は人だかり。問題があっても部屋の男女比も確認せずにその場しのぎの対応で、少しお値段の高いお部屋を予約したのにと残念でした。以前に来た時はとてもよく知人にもここを勧めていましたが、今回は他の宿泊客がフロントでクレームを言ってるのも聞こえて来たりしたので客足が戻るとこんな感じなんだなと勉強になりました。
