I stayed for one night at the Hotel Okapi and really enjoyed my stay. The bed was comfortable, the room clean, and my room had a wonderful view of the city. I ate dinner one night at the hotel. Good food and very nicely priced. The staff were all very helpful and kind. Would stay again!

The overall room is relatively hygienic, there are no disposable items, the environment of the restaurant downstairs is also good, there are more options for breakfast than in other African countries, the hotel can also help call a car at any time, the service is more appropriate, the gym equipment on the first floor is good, and the large glass is open You can look outside while running, and there is a swimming pool next to it. I like the room where the sun can shine in.

Hotel was near airport but far away from the city. Room was poorly maintained as many appliances were faulty, such as the fan and water heater, which were quickly fixed by the staff. Would not recommend if you want a fuss free stay.

The hotel is located in the very heart of Kigali. The hotel has a Chinese restaurant and the largest supermarket in Kigali. There are many Chinese goods in the supermarket. The hotel is relatively old, but the room is clean and big. At the time of check-in, the hotel upgraded the room into a suite with a very good view, overlooking the city of Kigali, and the night view was beautiful. The breakfast at the hotel is very good and the menu is very rich.
