Rohi Apartments

The hospitality is 100%, from the receptionist to the CEO, down to the room service. The breakfast, the fruits, the apartment is very neat and quiet. The location gives you a good view of the city. I will like to recommend Rohi to anyone coming in for both long and short stay. I spent 4wks in this apartment without asking my company for a change.

I was lucky enough to stay at the Rohi Apartment Hotel during the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in June 2022. From the moment I checked-in late on a Saturday night to the time I left the following week, the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. The apartments themselves are very clean and the bed was extremely comfy. The bathrooms are big (with great showers) and, even when I had a minor flood in my bathroom, it was all fixed immediately. The apartment balconies are West-facing so you have a great sunset. The living rooms are comfortable with large televisions (if you want that), and the kitchens are fully equipped, even with electric coffee percolators. (A must for the excellent Rwandan coffee). There is a large choice for breakfast each morning, all brought to your apartment at the chosen time. It really sets you up for the day. And the staff were exceptional. Dennis, the manager, helped me every single day with travel, things to do in my limited down-time, and even tracking down a phone I had left in a taxi. And he's a charming conversationalist. Nothing is too much trouble. And the same goes for the rest of the staff. If you're making a trip to Kigali--for work or pleasure--I highly recommend the Rohi Apartments. You really will not go wrong for somewhere to stay.
