I liked the environment and how hospitable the staff where, my only recommendation would be, please give more information to the people coming for your services not everyone is aware of what you do (Spa in particular) but other than that all was well. Thank you.

The receptionists were the best and they provide the most excellent services. I like how calm and refreshing it is I really enjoyed coming here and am definitely coming back next summer with my family and friends because this place is really amazing

Good quality rooms, great service, perfect location and friendly staff at all outlets. I also liked their Punctuality, hygiene and helping attitude at every touch point . Fitness center is functional and restaruants give healthy variety with prompt room service. They also help with transportation arrangements, overall I recommend this place for Visitors to Kigali. Some good restaruants and shopping nearby as well.

The mattress was the worst. Couldn't get any towel. No soap, no amenities like toothpaste. Basic. Only one bottle of water for half board. Terrible same breakfast. Well can't get any worse. Imagine paying 160USD per night and no towel in the room. Housekeeper was very rude saying I had misplaced them and should just check

We had a 3 day workshop there and the staff were so friendly, supportive. We got the best service from everyone in the team, the GM was present and wanted to know how things were going and how they can improve , Keza from the reception, Ernest, especially Francis, the receptionist.

The Hotel is near the convection center and close to the airport which give us the ideal option of a good place to stay for the short business meeting. Their breakfast was a good one of which was articulated to all the guests in the room I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to stay while in the country for business.

Higland hotel is the best hotel you can go to if you want relax and put your troubles away because of the amazing they offer to the customers and how they employees are so friendly. Please taste their food, one of the best in nyarutarama area

The bedsheets are good and very white. The workers are polite and welcoming. The Internet connection is very good and their breakfast is excellent with natural tropical fruits. Generally their food is very good and there are many choices.
