Everything excellent, the staff, the location
from the hotel, the breakfast… but the location of the economy room is horrible, next to the kitchens with a lot of noise in the early morning.

As many other reviews have mentioned, the photos do not accurately reflect the hotel's actual condition. I also noticed an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom whenever the door was left open. Additionally, be aware that room rates can fluctuate significantly—I felt quite ripped off seeing the price of my room drop by more than three times just as I was checking out.

I enjoyed my stay at OMX Kimi. Comfy beds, resourceful and affable staff, great location with easy access to major Kigali attractions. They also offer one of the best breakfast buffets I have encountered. Rooms were very clean. 10 out of 10 in my book.

This is a somewhat basic hotel in a very quiet and clean area of Kigali. It is a long walk to the city centre or a short ride on a moto taxi. In the vicinity are some very good restaurants. The room was large with a nice balcony but the furnishings were dated. An excellent mosquito net was provided and the breakfast was very sufficient and good. All staff were most obliging and the washing was done free of charge. I would stay here again.
