I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The service was great and friendly, both at check-in and during my dining experience. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast options, which were diverse and delicious. The gym was well-equipped and offered nice views of the pool. The location is convenient and in a newly developed area. I highly recommend this property!

Excellent place

Not bad view for this place. Quite near to the airport and their taxi are vw.

The room is clean and tidy and noise-free. According to the hotel management, the service staff is friendly, enthusiastic and attentive. The security check at the door ensures the safety of the guests. The restaurant is spacious and bright, open all day, the breakfast is especially rich, and there is free parking in the hospital.

Pretty good, a Radission brand hotel. I originally booked the Radission Blu, but because the Radiation Blu was fully booked, I chose the Park Inn By Radission. It was pretty good and the service was good.

The room is big, clean, and cost-effective. The dinner is quite rich. All the guests are business guests. The hotel taxi is 30 US dollars. There is a swimming pool and a bathtub. It is a good place to stay.

The room wasn't cleaned properly and the staff wasn't that great either.

Nice hotel, beautiful environment

This is my 6th time to dine at Park Inn Hotel and for me the services have been wonderful. I basically engage each and every department when I come here and its good that I already know many people from different departments. I would like to give a specially shout out to the front office manager Nadege and her team made up of Grace, Ingabire , Carine and Ismael who always leave a smile on my face every time they provide a service. Another shout out at the restaurant side they have Super twins - Josiane and Joselyne working with another 'J'- Joyce plus Clement . Bosco and Prosper the Barrister at the ' evening bench'. The security at the gate- the 1st point of contact, just make Park Inn - Home Away from Home !!! I am super excited , I will come back , again and again to Park Inn Kigali !

My wife and I visited Rwanda for the first time. We were booked to stay at Radisson the first night by our tour operator. Our expectations were exceeded. The staff stood out as being exceptionally friendly, respectful and helpful. The building, the room and the facilities are superb, but what gives any place it's hear is the people and 10/10 for the staff of this fine establishment.

The hotel is so nice and the people are so hospitable. The breakfast in the morning was always my favorite part. Rooms are so clean and the bed is so comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to others Will definitely come back again with my family

The mattresses are very fluffy. The gym instructor is amazing, very helpful and kind. Thank you Coach Prince. Jacqueline at the hotel was also very accommodating,I'm grateful for her services. The rooms are also very spacious and warm. Muracoze. Thank you.

The gym was excellent, I loved it very well. i couldn't get much time with the hotel to experience the more beauty however the few hours which i was in, were so superb and the team you have are very corporative and calm.
