Very good

The room is quite big, others are so-so

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. We booked well in advance, and the hotel confirmed everything without issue. After traveling from another country, we arrived expecting a smooth process, but it was anything but. At check-in, we were repeatedly interrupted every five minutes to sign different documents, which was already frustrating. Despite accepting payment with a different card during the booking process, three hours after check-in, the staff demanded a picture of the cardholder, claiming they made a mistake on their end. This was their error, yet we were left dealing with the consequences. To make matters worse, the rooms were dirty, the service was horrendous, and the staff showed no willingness to help. We ultimately had no choice but to search for another hotel at the last minute. The entire experience was completely unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs—it’s the worst hotel experience imaginable.

Terrible hotel, a mistake was made during the reservation because my mom is not very good with English, I call them to sort it out and they were not understanding or helpful at all. Very disappointed and of course I do not recommend staying there.

The suite was very spacious, it's close to the swanky kifisia shopping street with nice cafes. We didn't use the pool but it looked great. Very quiet area of Athens. We recommend using public transport to get to central Athens.

Great location next to lovely park with good restaurants and cocktail bars . free and easy parking. We had a basement suite which was spacious and clean. Staff were polite . We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice and breakfast was varied. Overall very good value and perfect for a night or two

I booked two rooms for my daughter and 4 of her friends who were visiting from the US. The hotel advertisements are deceiving. They show pictures from “Theoxenia Palace” which is part of the same hotel and is much nicer but they book you at a small hotel two blocks away with no amenities and drab rooms. The “triple” room was advertised as having three beds but it has a double plus a cot they they add to the room. There was no customer service, no help with luggage, no easy drop off/pickup (you need to stop in the middle of the street and Block traffic) and the lobby and rooms smelled of smoke. This was a bait and switch. Not recommended.

The room is large and comfortable but they not have blankets or comforter!! We asked for one and we were given another bed quilt. Believe it or not! There were also small maintenance issues like a slow drain in the tub, The breakfast is in the main hotel that is two blocks away.

I came from Patras for 3 days in Athens. I chose this hotel on the recommendation of a close friend. I was completely satisfied with both the service and the facilities. The spa is very relaxing and rejuvenating and the prices in relation to what it offers you are absolutely reasonable and appropriate. They really provide you with everything.
