i was in May 2021 for 10 days in Globe Runner and had the family suite with 43m2 (i guess), with kitchen, balcony and a huge windows (4m). it was amazing, the rooms are quite new and I was lucky with the weather, so i could spend many times on balcony while drinking coffee. it was amazing and it was calm. I can only recomend this room, even you travel alone! the room was cleaned daily, an ATM is in the building, coffee shops are very close, City Centre (ZUM) is 10min by walk and the stuff was always helping me. 5 stars from my side! :)

Great staff, super good bar & restaurant indoors, bed is cozy & clean, previously didnt let me stay without id (selective in regards to customers) bathrooms are clean wi fi is fast. Location is amazing across the hill Khreshcatik just right on the spot of Podil one of most beautiful locations in Kyiv with loads of pubs and near river side.

We arrived late at night, firstly there is no marked signs to where the hostel is. We went to the location on google maps. We rang the hotel and they were unhelpful. Eventually we got a person on the street to convince them to come to us. He came and took us down backstreets into a very old run down apartment building. When we got into the room we were asked us to pay cash (we selected a hotel with ability for credit card on booking.com purposely). Despite showing him the hotel takes card he refused and wanted us to walk to an ATM at 1am in the morning. Eventually he says ”ATM now or bye”. As we don't want to visit a ATM at 1am in the morning with a random guy he puts our bags outside and slams the door on our face. We rang booking.com, the hotel says that they do accept credit card and we never showed up. Basically, they are liars and treat guests terribly. Don't go!

The hotel is not big, it is a small hotel that is converted from an apartment building. Each room in the hotel is decorated with special features. The rooms are not big about 15 square meters. Each room is decorated very warmly. Some rooms need to be shared. The bathroom, the room we booked is a separate bathroom, the room is not well-oriented because it is shaded, and there is no sunlight during the day. The rooms are relatively clean and the bathroom is quite clean. Our room is facing the front desk, and there is a small kitchen next to it, which is very suitable for free travel like ours.

My friend and I stayed at A-Hostel for 2 days to explore Kiev. It was the best hostel we have ever been to. We arrived late on Monday, around 11pm and the check-in was quick and unproblematic. The two ladies were super sweet and really helpful, providing us with assistance and advice. The hostel is absolutely stunning. We stayed in the capsules, which was a great experience. All facilities were sparkling clean. The hostel offers a plethora of conveniences, like the game room and the bar. Sandwiches are super affordable, at around £0,50. I decided to use the gym and it was great. It doesn't have the full range of machines but you can still get a great workout in. Last but not least, the location was great and allowed us to walk the city. Thank you for a memorable stay!
