Очень испортился сервис. Проблемы с парковкой - «ну и что что вы наши гости, ставьте машину где хотите», дали не тот номер - еле нашли горничную для доукомплектования номера, ошибочное срабатывание пожарной сигнализации (никто не предупредил об ошибке - спускались с вещами по лестнице с восьмого этажа), ресторан вечером закрыт (гости кушали в конференц зале), отсутсвие ночного портье (сотрудники уходят в полдесятого).
