The staff was helpful, service-minded and effective above and beyond what I expected. Two ladies there spoke excellent English. The others very little, but they did their u**ost to help me in any way they can. Google Translate took care of the rest.
Being a Gold-member of **********, the VIP perks were promptly made available, and I felt so welcome and taken care of. The first room I was given smelled of tobacco smoke so I asked for a different room. In no time, they made a different room available for me, which smelled cleanliness and nothing else.
The only downside was that there were technical difficulties with the internet connection, which wasn't solved by the time I checked out.
