They impressed me with theirs safety policy. It’s the most important thing during political conflict. Also they provide all the services need - restaurant, room service, fitness. Even lounge zone with small library and board games. Everything is working even this times. Delicious Easter menu. Excellent!

Despite current situation in Ukraine staff of this hotel do their best to provide safe and comfortable staying. Security staff of President hotel prior my visit checked my identity, and before check-in bags were also checked. So during my stay I was confident in other guests and in my own safety. By the way, hotel is located in the center of Kyiv-most secured part of it. Breakfast and other services (gym, business center) are also available.

Спасибо за тёплый приём! Концепция отеля Safety Stay была решающей при выборе отеля. Менеджмент гостиницы запросил у нас варификацию данных ещё до заезда, чтобы обеспечить максимальную безопасность гостей в отеле. Очень грамотный подход. При тревоге в номерах звучит оповещение, есть подземный паркинг. Рекомендуем и поддерживаем ваши ценности!

Отель не новый, но очень добротный. Номера хорошие, видимо, недавно после ремонта. Уборка на уровне. Завтрак вкусный и обильный, ресторан почти пустой. Есть парковка. Цены низкие- в Европе отель такого уровня будет стоить в 2 раза дороже.

Были проездом с семьей в President отеле. Понравился сервис в первую очередь, вкусное меню на баре, интересные названия блюд, очень актуально ввиду последних событий. При поселение показали укрытие в случае чрезвычайной ситуации, хорошо что такого случая не произошло. Семья осталась довольна!

Отмечали в этом отеле с женой и сыном НГ. Расскажу сначала о плюсах: - Отличный номер, чисто, уютно, в номере три кондиционера, мини бар, кофеварка, красивая мебель, отличный вид на Киев. - Обслуживание, замечаний нет, все очень отзывчивые, приветливые, все просьбы выполнялись без промедления. - Завтрак входящий в проживание достаточно разнообразен. Вкусно, остался доволен. Минус по сути только один, но такой, что чуть не испортил весь праздник - это то, что они называют "Праздничный ужин"... Это не ужин, а какой-то позор, никогда не берите. За 1000 грн на человека (я оплатил 2000 грн для себя и жены, ребенку заказывали по общему меню) подают три блюда, основное, закуску и десерт. Основное это маленький кусочек рыбы. Закуска - просто небольшая нарезка мяса, а главное не ясно что закусывать, ведь спиртное в эту сумму не входит. Десерт - небольшой кусочек пирога. Первый раз встречал Новый год голодным. Разумнее было бы просто забронировать столик и все заказать как обычно, просто не ожидал что "Праздничный ужин" это такая ерунда.
