Bij gebrek aan beter zijn we in dit hotel terecht gekomen, beetje jammer. Het is buiten de stad dus lopen kan niet, de kamers zijn oud en met gebreken en het ontbijt is echt mager. Bed ligt redelijk maar is uiteraard per persoon verschillend. Probeer een hotel in het centrum te krijgen

Położenie na zboczu wzgórza Karczówka to największy atut hotelu, do zabytków na szczycie, punktu widokowego i lasu w randze rezerwatu doszedł kielecki nowy ogród botaniczny. Hotel dysponuje wygodnym, darmowym parkingiem dla gości. Pokój jednoosobowy umeblowany wystarczająco, natomiast słabo przygotowany na przyjęcie gościa: zalegające stare kuchenne zapachy, brak wody mineralnej , ledwie działające i tylko wieczorami ogrzewanie mimo temperatury powietrza spadającej do zera stopni Celsjusza.Śniadaniowy bufet skromny w wyborze jak i ilości, stoły nie nakryte choćby papierowymi serwetami, nawet zwykłych serwetek brak.
