Contrary to the information page, toothbrush is not provided. Room is clean and quiet. However, heating is intermittent.

Hotel was in chaos when we arrived. Staffing issue with the room cleaners, only one on duty. The reception area was full of guests waiting for their rooms. We eventually got into ours at 18.30 that night. The reception staff were doing their best to keep the guests happy, They were working really hard and were terribly stressed.. Caroline in particular did an amazing job. Our room, when we got into it, was comfortable and reasonably clean. Location is very good, close to the harbour and station. Breakfast was very busy but there was plenty of choice of food and again the catering staff were working very hard. I had the impression that there are some management issues at the hotel. I felt sorry for the staff that were obviously doing their best but needed more support. Having said that it was a good stay for us and Kiel was an interesting and surprisingly lovely place to visit.

It’s a good value of money ! New, clean , good breakfast, friendly staff , proper bed and beddings.

Nice hotel in the center of Kiel. Close to everything. Would have liked a bit more choice at breakfast. It wasn't bad but a little too little to choose from. Would also like slightly bigger quilts, we had to fight about it. Otherwise, we were completely satisfied with our mini vacation at the Hampton Hilton.

Nice and quiet hotel in a good location. A little small room, but as it was only a base for shopping, that was a minor detail. Friendly and welcoming staff at the reception. Breakfast buffet with a fine selection - despite many people, the queue at the buffet was winding down quickly.

The location of the hotel is perfect. There is hardly a hotel in Kiel with a better location. The rooms are what you would expect from Hampton. Breakfast is good, but not phenomenal.

Absolute disaster. Not reached by phone on the day of arrival. Only one (very friendly employee) to check in. Long waiting times as a result. The room was missing duvet, pillow. Why is a room reported as ready? Transfer to another room took forever. Breakfast buffet totally overflowing. As a result, there weren't enough products available because the staff didn't keep up. A good hotel with a reasonable breakfast. Location is very good. I can only recommend it. Everything was excellent.

We were at a sporting event in Kiel. The hotel is very centrally located. There is absolutely nothing to complain about in the room and the breakfast. Parking in the parking garage opposite is not recommended. Costs 24 euros per day. Günter from Düsseldorf, the most beautiful city on the Rhine

Although the breakfast was very good. But there were only rooms without windows, ventilation only via air conditioning. In addition, outdated beds with extreme duvets. For the price I expect more.
