The villa features a private staircase leading from the rear deck directly onto the boardwalk and just a few steps to the beach. This oceanfront villa features an open floor plan with incredible ocean views from the kitchen, living and dining area as well as the master suite. The kitchen has everything a chef would need to prepare a wonderful meal before heading out to the beach! The master suite features a king sized bed. The second bedroom has a king sized bed and the third bedroom has a set of twin beds. The sectional sofa in the living room also has a pull out full size mattress. Plenty of room for the family vacation or just a weekend getaway for some golf! There are 3 full baths. There are 2 Parking spots located in front of the unit that are marked with the units number. Unfortunately, there is no grill available, due to Kiawah Island safety regulations. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience but ask that the rules be followed to avoid fines or dismissal from the island. No pets or smoking permitted.
