The bright living room has plenty of comfortable seating space with a large sofa queen bed and a large flat-screen TV as well as access to the deck and screened porch. The screened porch features table and chairs for six people. The back deck is a wonderful place to get some fresh air. The fully equipped kitchen has ample cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. It is also equipped with cooking utensils and a well-stocked pantry of cooking essentials. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen TV, a private bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom features two twin beds, a flat screen TV and has direct access to the hall bathroom with shower/tub combo. The villa is equipped with a dishwasher, a new refrigerator and new washer and dryer. Offers cable and high-speed internet.
