The powered en suite site we had was so good, we had plenty of room to put the awning out without being cramped . The ensuite was one of the cleanest we have had. With lovely white towels and hand towels. The lady on reception was so friendly and we loved her New Zealand accent.

This is definitely one of the best Big 4 caravan parks I’ve been to. I love the way they’ve done the toilet and showers and they are very clean, The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. I definitely would recommend this caravan park.

Helpful and friendly staff. Park was clean and although just out of town it made for a quiet experience as it is only a small park. Was a good base to explore the surrounding towns. The pool was good but the big aquamoves centre made up for size and space.

We stayed here for 3 nights in a dog friendly budget cabin. The cabin was pretty basic but clean and comfortable. Great reverse cycle air conditioner, great cooking facilities, bed was comfy. Only thing I would recommend would be a bit of a tidy up around the cabin. All up, a great stay and would recommend this place without a hesitation, especially for pet owners.

We recently stayed at Big 4 Shepparton Park Lane Caravan Park. It's one of the older parks in the Big 4 family, but overall, it was neat and tidy. The caravan site we stayed on had lovely green grass, and we couldn’t fault that. However, there were a few downsides. The pool was not heated, which made it impossible for the kids to swim. Even though it was quite warm when we were there, the pool was ice-cold. The playground was also showing signs of wear and tear, looking quite run-down. While the kids enjoyed the jumping pillow and tire maze, both could benefit from a bit of a facelift. On the plus side, the staff at reception were lovely and friendly, which made our check-in and stay more enjoyable. Overall, a decent stay, but a few updates would really improve the experience.

Stayed with around 20 other friends from a club and had a great time. The staff are very friendly and accommodated all our needs including a playing area and pancake breakfast. Could not ask for more. The manager is so friendly she joined us in a Bocce game and even judged our fancy dress night.

We stayed in a studio suite. It was lovely and inviting, clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The park was very tidy with great modern updates. Very convenient location, close enough to do grocery shopping. Thank you
