I booked 5 days in advance and paid for the stay. When I arrived yesterday, the guesthouse was full and didn't accept us. We showed the receipt of trip.com and but the guest house manager denied us to stay. We arrived to the guest house in 6 PM and thought she had already rented to some people. Then she bluntly denied it. Unreliable business and I suggest not to book this guesthouse. I have already paid for the stay. I need a refund. We had to find a place with higher price for that night to stay. I will never ever recommend this guest house.
