Popular Khuekkhak 4-star Hotels

We stayed here over a holiday weekend at the beginning of low season so the place was at maybe 35% capacity. The hotel is ideally located in an area renowned for surfing. The hotel provides board rentals and lessons at reasonable cost. We booked at the cheapest available rate and got a room at the back of the complex, which is a cluster of spartan -looking apartment blocks. The rooms were ok - there is a small sofa and a balcony with wood table and a pair of chairs. There's a window that looks out of the bathroom into the main room. The pool is nice, big and clean but needs some cosmetic maintenance. The staff are friendly enough and the beach restaurant is quite good. The beach is long with lots of sandy shallows and there is a beautiful cape a couple kilometers walk up the beach. I live in Phuket but somehow the sunsets are more stunning here. On the downside, the breakfast buffet was unremarkable, and the coffee was tasteless. We skipped it on the second morning. We spent a lot of time walking from our room through other room blocks due to its location, so if I were to stay here again (I probably would because of the location) I would book a room much closer to the beach - and bring my own coffeemaker. Due to it's layout and capacity I don't think I'd want to stay there during high season but in low season it was fairly quiet and quite nice.

This is our 3rd time stay at La Flora, This time we stayed here for 3 nights from 17-20 May 2023, Everything excellence as always, the room was spacious and comfortable with high quality cleaning. The breakfast here was so good with many choices and also testy, the staff very attentive and provided excellent service especially ladies who clear up our table. Special thank to front team and appreciated with very kind for upgrading our room, and surprise birthday cake with beautiful bed decoration which made our stay very very special. Over all very impressive, Look forward to staying for the 4th and next, next, next time!!!

That is, the room is very beautiful, very clean, the protection of COVID is excellent from the moment you step into the hotel. Feel safe Because I brought my 11-month-old child along. We stayed at The Leaf Ocenside as a quarantine hotel due to covid-19. The service from Puran and his team was outstanding! We would definately consider going back just for the service... It is not a new hotel, and a lot of the facilities could use an upgrade. But the athmosphere was great.

Second visit absolutely loved it stayed in a villa breakfast fantastic staff fabulous my only moan would be people getting up at a ridiculous hour and putting towels on beds one day we couldn’t get a bed needs addressing

Was so impressed with this hotel 5 years ago that we returned again in October 2023 and they gave us the same room we occupied before. This was a water pool access room which is a must if you stay here. The rooms are large with a massive bed and has all the facilities you could wish for. Although we did no eat our main meals in the Italian restaurant we had breakfast which covers all variety of foods and freshly cooked eggs and bacon on request. All the staff are very pleasant and helpful. A particular mention to Tounchai the barman who served us daily at the pool bar during Happy hour with delicious cocktails. Also to the maid (sorry can't remember her name) who cleaned our room 1123 and left wonderful creations on our bed. The hotel is situated within 5 minutes walk from the beach and close to many bars and restaurants. Bang Niang Market which is 2 mins walk is open every Mon, Weds, Thur and Sat which does street food and has many stalls. The Waters is highly recommended.

This stay is a very impressive anniversary. very beautiful room arrangement Clean room amenities, beautiful view room, quiet hotel atmosphere Is resting and sleeping very comfortably The mattress is soft and comfortable. The pillow doesn't let me wake up, haha. The breakfast is delicious, there are a lot to choose from. The chef came to ask, very attentive. super friendly I will go back again

Our second visit to this hotel and I think that says it all. Fantastic location on the beach which is beautiful. A number of beach bars offering great food and drink at cheap prices. Note the alcohol prices have increased by 30% since we last visited Thailand, but still cheaper than the UK .Excellent quality fresh food . Watch out for the tide coming in when visiting the beach bars after the estuary ( there are 2 before the estuary ( owned by the same guy.)it can get about 3-4 feet deep when you want to cross back to the hotel OR the owner of the bar will take you back by car if you cant wade across.Breakfast a wide selection to suit all palettes. We love this adults only hotel and of course its location . You can walk for miles on the beach, which is clean with hardly any pollution. A number of bars / restaurants before you enter the hotel complex on the main road worth a visit. A Taxi into Khao lak and the local market about 300 baht each way for 2 people. Worth a visit.

I am very happy to have a good time in Senmar! 1, the breakfast is particularly rich and delicious, and the daily breakfast menu is varied, the dining environment is very good; 2, the hotel has a private beach; 3, the hotel is only 1 km from the national park, just walk in the morning when it is not hot Can reach the national park; 4, the hotel has a very fine swimming pool, as well as fitness equipment and billiards table and table tennis table; 5, the hotel's ecological environment is very good, the environment is very quiet, the feeling of being awakened by the sound of birds and birds every morning Comfortable; 6, the hotel's service staff will always take the initiative to greet the guests with a smile; 7; the hotel's beach loungers are numerous, very comfortable, can be moved at will, can be sun-dried while there is a shade to avoid the sun. Therefore, this hotel is very suitable for young couples and middle-aged couples.         However, I don't recommend taking a small child, this is not due to the hotel's shortcomings (I personally, this hotel is awesome) but because: 1, the hotel has a large reef on the private beach. And the beach is not small, and there are plenty of sun loungers on the private beach and there are not many children to play, so the children can't play on the beach; 2, the hotel's three swimming pools are directly below the three three-story small rooms, children Noisy in the pool will greatly affect the rest of the guests; 3, the hotel's ecological environment is very good, even a lizard nearly one meter long, although the lizard is slow and does not actively attack people, but if the child actively provokes, it will definitely Caused unnecessary trouble; 4, the hotel did not provide any children's rides.

This is a lovely hotel set in beautiful grounds on the beach front with easy access to bars and restaurants. Breakfast is varied with a mixture of Thai and western dishes and is served in full view of the sea and beach which is very peaceful and relaxing. There is an egg station but it can get very busy at times when the restaurant is full but there was never any problems in getting a table. The juices although refreshing appear to be more like cordial than fresh fruit juice and coffee is brought round by the staff who will refill your cup when necessary. There are several pools on the grounds and lots of sun beds to choose from. I did note however that people were claiming sun beds early in the morning which is unusual for Thailand. The centre pool is massive and ideal for swimming. The rooms are a little dated in dark wood Thai style but are comfortable, quiet and the air conditioning is good. The staff are all very helpful and appear happy in their work. There is a safe in the room and a balcony with two comfortable chairs. There is daily maid service but it appeared to be quite late in the day sometimes when we had retired to the room for a rest.
