Excellent customer service, including golf buggy transport around the hotel complex. Good size room but with shower over bath which wasn’t ideal. Plenty of choice at breakfast and food of reasonable quality. Would be happy to return and recommend to others.

ที่ชายหาดไม่มีเตียงให้นอน แต่เห็นแขกยกไปนอนเอง แบกเตียงชายหาดจากสระว่ายน้ำไปเอง งงเลย
สระว่ายน้ำเยอะมาก รร.ใหญ่มาก โซนฮอลิเดย์ สวยค่ะ
อาหารเช้าดีค่ะ ที่นั่งเพียงพอ ห้องพักโดยรวม สวย กว้าง
สระว่ายน้ำโซนฮอลิเดย์บางจุดมีเศษสกปรกลอยๆมา น้ำมีกลิ่นสนิมนะคะ
ในห้องพัก ตรงตู้วางตู้เย็นเห็นมีรอยปลวกกินไม้ด้วย ไม่ได้เช็ดออก ท่อระบายน้ำในอ่างอาบน้ำอุดตัน น้ำไม่ระบายต้อง เรียกช่างมาซ่อม เสียเวลาพักผ่อนมาก
ไฟระเบียงเปิดไม่ติด ต้องให้ช่างมาซ่อมอีก ตอนซ่อมเศษฝ้าเพดานตกลงมา ก้ไม่ทำความสะอาด ระเนระนาดไปหมด งง
โซฟาbedตรงส่วนที่ดึงออกมาได้ มีตะปู2ตัวโผล่ตออกมาฝั่งแหลม เกี่ยวขาเราเลือดออกเลยค่ะ อันตรายมากยังเป็นแผลมา 5 วันแล้ว ถ้าเกี่ยวรุนแรงกว่านี้ อันตรายมากแน่ๆ แจ้ง0 ไปเขาก้เฉยๆนะคะ แจ้งไปพร้อมกับตอนซ่อมอ่างอาบน้ำ
คิดว่าครั้งหน้าคงเปลี่ยนไปนอนที่อื่นค่ะ

カオラックのやや北の方にあるホテルで、ほとんどが欧米人の利用客だった。施設内は広く、特にプールは何個もある上にプールバーもあるのでゆっくり楽しめる。
子ども向けのアクティビティが豊富で家族連れが多いが、大人のみのエリアがあるので、静かに楽しみたい人も良いと思う。
施設は回収工事もしており綺麗だった。部屋も凄く良かったのだが、スリッパが無かったりランドリー袋がなかったりで困った。あと、最終日にエアコンが壊れたのか部屋が冷えず若干暑くなってしまった。
食事は種類が豊富なのと十分に美味しいので満足できるはず。ビーガンやグルテンフリーの食べ物がわざわざ用意してあるのが凄かった。
このクオリティで朝食付き一人1泊5000円なのはもはやバグってるとしかいいようがない。また絶対泊まりにきたいホテル。
ホテルを出てすぐに海なので海もプールも両方楽しめる。人はほどほどいるが、海岸は落ち着いていた。近くにレストランも沢山あるので困ることはなさそう。

ประทับใจทุกอย่างห้องมีขนาดใหญ่สะใจ อาหารเช้าดีมีให้เลือกเยอะ บรรยากาศชายหาดก็ดี สะอาด
สะดวกสำหรับครอบครัวที่มีเด็กเล็กมากๆเพราะมีของเล่นเยอะกิจกรรมเยอะ
ข้างโรงแรมก็มีร้านอาหารร้านโรตีของชาวบ้านราคาไม่แพง

Мы были в зоне 18+. Отель хороший, чистый, персонал доброжелательный. Красиво гармонирует с природой вокруг. Но в отеле сочетаются зоны для исключительно взрослых(маленький корпус) и для семей с детьми(большая часть отеля), и как мне показалось не смотря на это отель больше для семей с детьми предназначен. И было бы хорошо разграничить рестораны для зоны 18+ и отдельно для семей с детьми.
Завтраки были однотипны, но вкусные и сытные.
Почему то по утрам персонал не расставлял лежаки на пляже, и гостям приходилось делать это самим.
Еда в ресторане на пляже при отеле не вкусная, дальше вдоль берега есть более вкусные кафе.
Было бы отлично если бы отель предоставлял трансфер из аэропорта, я направляла письмо на электронную почту и мне никто не ответил. Добирались самостоятельно.
Но впечатления от отдыха хорошие.
