We booked a tent room on booking but when we arrived the lady told us that the price that we pay is only for the campsite so we had to pay more to have the tent, even if it was not written like that on booking. She was really nice, the tent were comfy and the bathroom okay. The restaurant is not really a restaurant since you don’t really have a choice, no wifi when we came.

We did not stay there. The website is very misleading. No electricity in tents. Tents grubby. No manager on site and could not be contacted. Two workers on site - very helpful but totally untrained for receiving and dealing with bookings. Manager left a message with worker that "it was our choice to book there"! I would not recommend this place to anyone to stay there.

This is a tented camp, so our accomodation was a tent. It contained a comfortable bed and a table. The bathroom/shower is outside in an enclosed area at the back of the tent. We took showers under the stars! Everything was clean and there was good attention to detail. We were served breakfast and dinner, both of which were good. We went on an elephant photo safari and our guide, Gerson, who is also the host of the camp, did a great job of finding elephants. Both Gerson and Irene, the hostess, were very helpful and knowledgable. We enjoyed numerous conversations with them. It was also clear they took great pride in providing their guests with a good experience.

Staff is friendly, but they have to sleep in normal tents, that's not okay. Mattresses are old and worn out, you could feel every metal spring! There is only a thin blanket, despite the cold night. There are still Chris**as decorations hanging in the room in July. There is no working electrical outlet and the water didn't run in the morning either! I sleep in places like this from time to time, but not at this price.

Horrible, fleeing this camp, which we did immediately. The photos didn't look like reality. The tents were very basic in full sun and oppressive heat. It was dirty, we had reserved 4 tents and in the end there were only 3. The drinks ordered at the bar, if you can call it a bar, were hot. No choice on the evening meal menu and one dish less! Horrible place, it's a shame to offer such conditions. We called the manager without getting a solution. And obligation to relocate us at our expense not far from there. I repeat, really flee this place
