房間衞生間本來是乾濕分離，奈何洗個澡後幹區衞生間漏的滿地水。總共開了三間房早晨一間還沒熱水。早晨9:30早餐更是慘目忍睹，就是這慘目忍睹的早餐，也沒有及時補餐。更可恨的是第二天入住其它酒店，前台告訴我有一個人的房間，在公安系統入住訊息裏還顯示沒退房，打電話過去詢問還沒有一點歉意。垃圾中的垃圾酒店。

酒店的位置不錯，距離核心景區不算太遠，步行是可以的。酒店的停車場也很大，房間也很大。唯一不足的是下過雨以後水比較渾濁。

酒店物美價廉，乾淨衞生，特別早餐是在所有新疆住過的酒店裡最豐盛的，緊鄰市政府，特別安靜，酒店裡的環境也不錯，是值得入住的酒店

帶着兩個孩子和一車行李到酒店！大堂無保安和門僮迎接和卸車！前台告知需自己推着行李車去卸車，好吧，這個我也忍啦！後因攜程的訂單問題發生誤解，前台美女全程不愉快，沒有笑容！到房間後本來感覺還行，後發現淋浴頭有問題，多次聯繫後解決。本來是奔着迎賓館去滴，結果住了個最差的迎賓館。請你以後去掉迎字，就叫做霍爾果斯賓館更加符合實際，謝謝！（時間太晚，要跟孩子洗澡，沒有照相啦，對不住！）
