I had an absolutely horrifying stay at this hotel. I discovered a rat's house inside my apartment, and there was even a rat running around the room, which is completely unacceptable and beyond disgusting for any accommodation, let alone a hotel. To make things worse, there is no reception available after 11 PM, so I had no way to report this serious issue during the night. When I finally reported it the next day, I expected prompt action and fair compensation for the distress and unsanitary conditions. However, the management, specifically someone named Ladfe, completely dismissed my concerns and outright rejected my request for compensation. Their attitude was unprofessional and indifferent, showing zero accountability for the terrible condition of the room. Given his inability to handle such a serious issue, I strongly recommend that Lydfy ( receptionist)to be replaced, as he is clearly incapable of managing situations like this. I strongly advise against staying here. The lack of cleanliness, absence of night staff, and poor management make this place unsafe and not worth your money.
