I had an overall decent stay at the hotel, but there were a couple of notable issues. During a heavy rainstorm, I was disappointed to find there was no umbrella in the room, which would have been helpful. Additionally, the atmosphere during breakfast felt a bit unprofessional; staff members were playfully hitting each other with spoons... it detracted from the overall dining experience. This hotel has a great location along the Mekong River and has the potential to be much better.

First the bad, air con control not working, bed the worst lumpy mattress i have ever experienced and same for the pillows absolutely rubbish could not even sleep more than two hours without waking up sore. Booked a upgraded room with one king size bed, got there and told a room not available under renovation, only had room with two single beds that where fix to the wall so cant be put together or pay 800 bht extra for a villa room or 5800 bht extra for a villa with a spar, both at the edge of the complex miles away from every thing which is unacceptable. So took the room with two single beds. The good the views over the river lovely its quiet and the pool is clean, the restaurant food again was great breakfast not that good.

The accommodation has a beautiful view, is quiet, and is suitable for relaxation. The spa has a very good massage, which is very relaxing. There is also a 10% discount. The breakfast is good: noodles, coconut pancakes, and fried dough sticks are very delicious.

Recommended for guests with private cars because the hotel is quite deep, but the location and view are very beautiful because it is next to the Mekong River. The staff service is excellent, the breakfast is delicious, the room is beautiful and clean. If you come to Khong Chiam, I recommend this place.
