The hotel is beautiful and looks as advertised. The price is reasonable. I recommend it. But at night, you should turn on the lights in the corridor. I checked out at 5 am and was a bit surprised. It was very dark in the corridor. But other than that, it was very good. I recommend it.

The hotel was very new and clean and I felt it was more than the price. The hotel is located on the university grounds, so I think it's perfect for Concain University and those who have business nearby. It's a little disappointing that it takes about 15 minutes to get to the nearest convenience store.

Our 2nd visit to the xotel khon kaen, very efficient checkin , rooms are spotless and a very comfortable bed. We didn't stay for breakfast due to an early appointment, but the previous visit we had a good breakfast plenty of choice and all served hot. Thanks xotel we'll be back.

Traveled with family. The hotel is very close to the airport. You can walk there. The food is delicious. The staffs are cheerful and friendly. If I have to talk about the main complaints, it might be about the room not being soundproof and sometimes I could hear music coming from the meeting room. But I personally don't have any problems. The bathroom is not dirty at all. It's clean. But the hotel is just old. If you cut out the oldness, almost everything is good for this price. My family was very impressed and said that they will definitely use the service again. I have already booked a room with a balcony. ^^

The room is very beautiful, the furniture is good, the bathroom is clean, fragrant, not stuffy at all, very good care, always reply to chats. The night before the last day, the air conditioner was not cool. The accommodation allowed us to move rooms for free. But it's a pity that there is only one chair, no table to eat. But overall, the accommodation is very good, not loud at all. The surrounding atmosphere is also good. Will definitely come again.

Convenient transportation, near Khon Kaen Hospital. The room is clean but a little small for two people to sleep. If you go with two people and sleep in a room with two beds, it should be much more comfortable. Overall, it's good. We booked through the website and it was more expensive than walk in.
