"Overall is medium for staying only one night, but one thing that isn’t acceptable is the cleanliness for this price. I don’t think the hotel did a good job on preparing the room. There was dust almost everywhere. And the bed sheet wasn’t clean and still damp. For the reception, not impressed but okay. I would’ve recommended if the services have been good but oh well."

"This is a decent hotel right in the very center of Khon Kaen. I paid about 20USD per night, and for the price seems very good value. Friendly staff, clean bedding, strong aircon. I was here during Songkran (the Buddhist New Year) period, so there was quite a lot of noise from the street such as speakers, concerts etc....I *assume* this isn't a problem 99% of the year though, and I don't fault the hotel for it. There's a pool on the ground floor which I didn't get to use, but it seemed nice enough. Overall good value for money, and worth staying if you are looking for a hotel in downtown KK. "Went to rest during the assistant exam. The hotel is near Kaen Nakhon School, walking distance to the exam in a chill way. Around the hotel there are Topsdaily, 7-11 and many restaurants. Don't be afraid to starve at all. Most importantly, the hotel is very new. The room is clean, super comfortable, the TV is Smart TV, open Youtube Netflix, enjoy, sleep well every night. Worth the price If there is a chance to come to Khon Kaen again, will come to stay again."
