It's not as advertised but it's extremely dirty. I decided to stay because of good reviews on Trip. When I went to read the reviews on Google... Help, I'm going to vomit. The air conditioner is extremely loud, the bathroom light is not bright, and there are stains on the bed. It probably hasn't been cleaned because I can smell human head. The bed is probably very old. The spring is stabbing my back when I sleep. The air conditioner is very loud (imagine a machine in a factory). I can't sleep at night and have to turn off the air conditioner and turn on the fan. Luckily, I use a Hatari fan. The sound is soft and gentle, and the wind is strong. But other than that, it's a disaster. There are bits of hair, fur, and stains on the windows. The bathroom is... the grout is very yellow. You could say that the accommodation is cheap, but it's not that cheap, you know. It shouldn't be this filthy, right?

Overall the hotel is an old hotel.
Pros: Near Khon Kaen University, near the hospital, shops and restaurants around, easy to travel, parking available, breakfast is varied and delicious.
Cons: Not very clean, especially in the area, furniture and wardrobes. The room is old, furniture has traces of termites. There is an elevator, but it is between floors, so you have to walk up or down the stairs to get to the room.
