The room is clean, quiet, easy to travel, parking spaces are available on many floors. At first, I thought it was in the city, so I thought it would be difficult to find parking, but there were enough. However, if you come during a busy period, I'm not sure. The downside is that the ground floor rooms are not soundproof. When you sleep, it feels like you have a friend sleeping next to you. It's suitable for people who stay alone and are afraid of ghosts. 555 But if you want to relax in a quiet and soundproof room, try asking the staff again. There may be other room rates or floors to choose from. Another thing is that there are too few power outlets. There are not enough for charging mobile phones or there are almost no plugs for charging mobile phones. I recommend improving these two things. Other than that, overall, it's okay. The atmosphere is very good. The staff provides good service and has a good service mind. I give it 8/10.

As a veteran of the many hotels and guest houses in Khon Kaen, I highly recommend the Piman Garden Boutique Hotel for the discerning traveler. This consummate boutique hotel will delight you. The staff is lovely, and offers a level of personalized service that will make your stay seamless and memorable. Try the pat gra pao gái, one of the many authentic and delectable items on the hotel’s largely Isaan menu. The rooms are elegantly designed, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. One afternoon, I returned to my room to find that the housekeeper had folded a paper towel and placed it underneath my Marshall headphones to ensure that the ear pads wouldn’t stick to the table. This sort of attention to detail is what sets Piman Garden apart from the other hotels in town.

As a long-time veteran of Khon Kaen and its various hotels and guest houses, IMO there is no other place to stay in town than the Piman Garden Boutique Hotel (PGBH). If you want the generic experience of a business hotel, there’s the Pullman, (which incidentally is not in nearly as good a location as PGBH, and appears to be short-staffed). PGBH employees take the time not only to provide great service, but to get to know you on a personal level, which, from my experience, very few hotels anywhere can rival . When staff members remember your name, what you like for breakfast (the food is exquisite), and go out of their way to make your stay as memorable as possible, you’d be missing out to stay anywhere else.
