The first time I encountered this, I told the staff that the stain was a make-up powder stain, but the staff said it looked like a blood stain. Let me wash it first. If it doesn't come out, I will deduct 100 baht from the insurance. But if it comes out, we will refund it. It's our rule. That means the towel must be clean, without any stains, right? Then you don't have to pay the insurance. If the towel is lost, I understand that you have to pay a replacement fee. This is a stained towel.
