Super cute and quiet place, the whole team is extremely friendly. Shower is not the best but probably due to the hotel being surrenders with nature.

Beautiful location. Right along the river. Pool is beautiful and towels are provided. The room is spacious with lovely air conditioning. The food was delicious and staff were friendly and helpful. The views are stunning! Really enjoyed my stay here.

We did the 2 night 3 day package with one night at the floating bungalows at Khao Sok - we would highly recommend! The rooms in the jungle were amazing and the food was also good. The floating bungalows were equipped with great facilities considering where they were. We got a transfer to Koh samui after - just make sure when you drop your luggage off at the pier you know where it is going! 10/10!

WOW! What can we say about the Riverside Cottages? Within 10 minutes of our arrival we’d already seen a Mangrove Cat Snake gracing us with its acrobatics from the restaurant/reception area balcony. We were in F11 lodge which was perfectly located for all the amenities. Reading other people’s reviews we expected excessive jungle noise in the evening, but we didn’t find this to be the case. Yes, you can hear crickets and chicadas as well as birds but nothing too bad. We also booked on to the overnight lake tour which was INCREDIBLE! A real must and the highlight for us taking a kayak out to a nearby bay and peacefully watching the gibbons and macacs give us our very own insight in to their play and survival in the jungle. Staff amazingly friendly and helpful, everything you need. Remember to take cash as no cards accepted. Frequent free shuttle in to nearby Khao Sok town where you can get a drink or access the National Park.

Hidden away in the jungle and bungalows all connected to the restaurant area with walkways this is a great little place. We stayed for 2 nights and loved it. The food was great, staff excellent and location perfect to experience the jungle but also easy access to the lake. Great value for money. We will visit again and do a guided jungle hike as we didn’t have time this year.

We stayed 2 nights in the Forest accommodation as part of a package. It was the most expensive package but for what you get it is well worth it. The 3 days are jam packed with activities, it was all go from the moment we checked in. The amount of wildlife that can be observed in their own natural habitat really took us by surprise. It’s the fanciest way to camp in the jungle, with gecko’s in your room to the monkeys playing across the river during breakfast. The bed is really comfortable with a net to keep out the creepy crawlies. The breakfast was lovely you could order whatever you liked from a set menu, ranging from western breakfast to a pad Thai. Dinner was also very tasty, and we enjoyed the board games which were available to guests. With a pick-up and drop off service after every activity it couldn’t be any easier. The hosts can even organise a transfer for you to your next destination. Staff and everyone we met on the tours were all very helpful and informative.

Stunning location and beautiful wooden huts. I cannot rate this place highly enough. From the minute we arrived we experienced exceptional service. The staff organised trips, transport and help with onward travel. The wildlife here is amazing and the sounds of the jungle are incredible. We saw a huge snake within minutes after arriving! It felt very safe here and it is impossible not to relax. I would recommend booking into the tours. We booked into the half day/night jungle hike and it was spectacular. Our guide walked us to a gorgeous place where he made us coffee cups and stirrers out of bamboo in front of our very eyes. We then got to wild swim whilst he cooked us a meal (all cooked in bamboo) over an open fire. He the served us up the most amazing meal in the jungle at dusk. It was so romantic and beautiful. On the way back, we walked in the dark with torches and saw vipers, tarantulas, stick insects, a lemur, giant spiders and scorpions. And as for the fireflies, totally magical! We also booked onto the one day lake trip which was great too. We swam and kayaked and had a lovely lunch at the floating bungalows. Although we couldn’t book a tubing trip down the river due to low water levels, there are tubes available to float down a section of the river. This is totally free and we loved doing this. This is highly recommended stay. You will not regret. Thank you to all staff. You really did make it a wonderful experience.

This resort is all about the experience, not luxury. We booked a 3 day/2 night Rainforest Package and wow, we have so many fantastic memories of our stay. It was jam-packed with activities and was such good value for money - we kayaked down the river the first afternoon, did a night safari hike that evening with knowledgeable guide. On Day 2 we spent a whole day on the utterly stunning Cheow Lan Lake (including a magnificent lunch on the lake and tubing and swimming), and on Day 3 we visited the Rommanee Hot Springs before leaving at midday. The cabins are basic with no aircon, mini fridge or TV but are still fully functional, have hot water, the fan was adequate and the mosquito net was useful (although we did bring some mosquito coils with us for added protection). The staff were all so lovely but a special mention has to go to Arm and Bee who were both so smiley and helpful. The restaurant has lots of rustic charm being right above the river and the food was really great, so tasty. I just loved the above ground walkways everywhere so no jungle foliage was damaged or disturbed. All communication before our stay was so easy and efficient and our pick up from Ao Nang was perfect and cheaper than arranging an Ao Nang taxi to get us there. They also provide a shuttle service into the local town but goodness knows when you'd have time to go there! If you don't mind forfeiting luxury for rustic charm and a jam-packed experience, then I fully recommend this lovely resort.
