"Трансфера из/в аэропорт нет, по телефону толком объяснить как добраться не могут, в непогоду на автобусе пришлось добираться полтора часа, от остановки по снегу тащила чемодан не меньше 300м, хотя по телефону сказали остановка в 40м. Сама гостиница нормальная, питание норм, кофе на завтраке вкусный. Но если учитывать, что гостиница позиционируется как переночевать между рейсами, то сервис направленный на пассажира просто ужасный, больше останавливаться точно не будем."
