Отличная гостиница. Все чисто, уютно, сделано со вкусом. Могу сказать с уверенностью, самая лучшая гостиница в этом районе !!!! Комплексные обеды просто супер. Повара мастера своего дела. Выражаю отдельную благодарность персоналу гостиницы. Хочется отметить, что все очень доброжелательные и вежливые, поэтому создается атмосфера хорошего отдыха и отличного настроения. Отдельная благодарность администратору Михаилу.

Поездка не состоялась, деньги не вернули. В переписке обвинили меня, что я не права. Прислали письмо по электронной почте, попросили оставить отзыв. В предыдущей поездке в марте 2023 к персоналу претензий нет. Услугами данного отеля пользоваться не советую.

Гостиницу сложно найти, с дороги вывеску увидеть невозможно. Вход на охраняемой территории, нужно преодолеть шлагбаум, благо между штанг есть достаточный зазор. Как уже многие писали - звукоизоляция номеров отвратительная, все что происходит в коридоре - как в номере. Мне повезло с тихими соседями, а вот товарищ из соседнего номера жаловался, что ему мешает спать храп соседа за стенкой))) Полотенца плохие, как наждачка, белье поменяли через 9 дней после заселения. Как и во многих гостиницах, плохо уходит вода в раковине и душе. В номере нет часов и чайника. Кипяток приходится брать в ресторане на 1-м этаже. Сам номер вполне приличный, есть маленький холодильник, можно самостоятельно регулировать отопление, матрас хороший, уборка каждый день. Телевизор хороший, хоть каналов мало, в основном пропагандистские/центральные. Питание на завтрак не отличается разнообразием, но вполне качественное, хорошо. Персонал работает хорошо, всегда готов помочь.

Был в этом отеле в командировке. Персонал приветливый, всегда готовы помочь с любым вопросом. Завтраки и ужины были очень сытными. Отдельное спасибо поварам, все было очень быстро и вкусно! Всем рекомендую данный отель.
