I have been staying at this hotel since 2020 2-3 times a year, I recommended it to my relatives and friends who fly through Sheremetyevo... BUT! never ever! This race was the last straw. The last 3 times we observed a deterioration in service. As soon as the young, fair administrator appeared, the service got worse and worse. Last time there were incidents like this: I called the reception and asked for a kettle and a bag of tea, they said in 5 minutes. will be...waited for 15 minutes, I go to the reception, I say, “Have you forgotten about us?”, The administrator is on the sofa, looking up from her cell phone with displeasure: how did you forget? There's a kettle over there, take it! Upon arrival, they brought linen to a MADE crib... at first I was perplexed: WHY? And then I realized: what was covered had already been used by someone! I called the administrator and clarified, to which the answer was: well, you just put a clean one on top. It’s worth mentioning that some workers in unclean overalls brought the crib into our room, talking to each other and with the administrator about daily needs along the way. Every year the faces of the staff become more and more dissatisfied, and customer focus is approaching zero. On this visit, as usual, we booked for a family with a child, discussed what kind of bed the child would have... upon arrival (at 11 p.m.), the same unpleasant administrator clarified to the clients: do you need an extra bed for the child? (it would seem , why did you correspond with me for so long when booking and clarify everything?). As a result, I sent the driver who brought us to get a folding bed! The driver placed it in the middle of the room, and we ourselves began to move the table to move the cot to the wall. The driver then brought in a covered pillow with a blanket (I’ll clarify! The driver, coming in from the street without washing his hands or changing clothes, carries bedding! In front of the clients! It’s scary to imagine what’s going on there when no one is watching!). While charging into the room, my husband and I felt a strong smell - the room was smoky through and through! I complained about this to the administrator in the morning, to which the answer was: there are no available rooms. They promised to supply an ionizer-freshener, but they did not supply anything. The smell of smoke came from the curtains and from all the floor lamps; apparently, this room used to be for smokers. On the second day, she brought broken boiled eggs for breakfast, as if that’s how it was supposed to be. In general, it seemed to us that the new policy of the staff of this hotel was to hit a mine with a brick and don’t be the first to say hello to the guests. Until we ourselves loudly say “hello/can we have breakfast?/thank you/goodbye,” the staff will continue to look at the phone screen. I’m not ready to tolerate such service for my money anymore, so: thank you, never again! And finally, I’ll mention the transfer: Until May of this year, one trip to the airport was free, so I wasn’t picky about the time

Шикарный гостевой дом! Номера уютные,ремонт новенький. Кровати с удобными матрасами. В ванной чистейшие новые полотенца, есть шампуни и прочие гигиенические средства. Все для людей. Персонал приветливый. Территория красивая, много времени по вечерам проводили в уютной беседке и любовались цветами за чашечкой кофе. Очень понравилось здесь.
