Warning to all friends who can see this comment, please don't stay in this hotel. I am a Belarusian student and I often come to Moscow. Most of the time I stay in this hotel. The front desk discriminates against Chinese people. When I checked in last night, they found fault with me for various reasons and refused to do it. There were many Chinese people around and they were all found fault with. The front desk looked at the Chinese sideways and smiled at others. Others took their information to stay in other hotels and checked in smoothly. Because they didn't give me a refund, and I can speak Russian, I argued with the front desk until the early morning for three days, but to no avail, I had to go back to the airport to sleep. Hotels can be expensive and bad, but there is really no need to give money to this kind of discrimination against Chinese people. I hope everyone will think about it after seeing it. They deliberately embarrass the Chinese and have an arrogant attitude. Many friends who come to travel are sitting in the lobby on the first floor at a loss. There is no need to choose this hotel.
