Заказал 2 комнатный номерю Скзали есть в наличии, записали фамилию, сказали что свяжутся. я на радостях заказал билеты в Харьков, перезваниваю, говорят что все занято. Так не делается! Советую персоналу запоминать наличие пустых номеров или не говорить что они есть если их нет!
